No, I have firmware 1233 installed and there are no updates available

I have a 2016 Tizen Samsung 55 inch TV, and for about a week now the Youtube app has been malfunctioning. It does not matter if I unplug the TV from electrical power for several minutes and plug it in again, as soon as I have played one video on Youtube the windows for the different videos just turn gray and I cannot select them or play them. Then I restart the TV again and it works for like one video and then it doesn't work again. It is really annoying and started early this week. I also tried looking for software updates but there were no available updates.

I hope my TV is not broken, as Youtube is basically everything I watch on it. Please help.
