I have a un75mu8000fxza television and it now continually has the one connect patch cord image on the screen. I have plugged and unplugged the one connect cable multiple times to only have the screen return to the cable image. No matter what i push on the remote I am unable to change anything, is the one connect box being disconnected completely disable this television? We primarily use the streaming services, is there a setting in the technicians settings that would allow me to bypass the one connect box for now. I have a cable replacement on order, but could the problem also be with either the television or the one connect box?
